Eureka HTML.  Secure Web Page Encryption.   This will allow the webmaster to encrypt html pages on their sites encrypted with the Eureka Encryption technology. Package includes the Admin tool for webmasters and the client interface in order to read them as any other web file.  This application requires the VB Runtimes, which you should install before running the application.
