| For the following, all references in regard to "the Application" refer to any Eureka application whether obtained from the www.arkansasdefenseforce.org web site or from other sources. |

| This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and the author of the Application you downloaded or received. This license is effective as of the date the Application software is first used and is effective for the term of usage. This is a perpetual license for the use of the Application within your company, or for personal use, and can be freely distributed. This license allows internal use of the Application for your evaluation and use. Repackaging, decompiling, altering the program in any fashion or reselling of the Application to third parties, is not allowed by you under this agreement. |

| The author of the Application hereby disclaim all warranties relating to the software, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The author of the Application will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if the author of the Application have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the authors' and sellers' liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid ($0.00) for the license to use the the Application software regardless of the form of the claim. The person using the Application bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software. |

| The author of the Application hereby disclaim all responsibilities in regard to lost data due to system control file corruption, nor will hold responsibility for recovering system control files or the recovery of encrypted file data due to lost data files, misuse of the Application, deletion of the Application, whether the loss is intentional or unintentional. |

| The programs and associated materials remain the property of Data Security Solutions, Inc., however you are free to redistribute or share with any person or agency. |

| This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the STATE OF ARKANSAS. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE COURT or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Pulaski County, Arkansas. The parties hereby consent to this agreement in personam jurisdiction of said courts. |
